📱💻 In-app support using AI
Ask Scout is an easy way of using AI to summarise your help request: ask Scout a question and it will look through our FarmIQ help documentation and provide you with a short and simple response, plus links in case you'd like further information.
Our current Help documentation is awesome - extremely thorough, with pages covering (almost!) every topic you can think of! But if you're struggling to find exactly what you're after, Scout might be able to help with that.
Ask a full question or type a partial phrase, and depending on whether you are using mobile or web, Scout will provide you with relevant help information and suggestions.
On the web, you'll see an Ask Scout button hovering in the bottom-right corner of the screen, and on mobile, you can access Scout by going to the 'More tools' menu.

Neat little tidbit: Ask Scout is named after farm dog Scout, pictured above, who you may have seen in some of our FarmIQ photos and socials!
