The new injury and safety incident features:
Record an injury incident (someone got hurt) relating to staff, contractors and visitors
Record a safety incident (non-injury incidents such as vehicle accidents or near-misses) relating to staff, contractors and visitors
Record a safety interaction (meetings and decisions made about dealing with hazards and unsafe behaviour)
View new injury incidents in the activity log
Make note if an incident is a notifiable event and needs to be communicated to WorkSafe
Add photos or other attachments to any new incident or interaction
The new hazard features:
Record a new hazard or risk straight from the map, specifying date identified, hazard category and type, and potential harm
Ability to select controls to eliminate or minimise the risk a hazard poses
View new hazards in the activity log
Add photos or other attachments to any new hazard
